Hello,
My name is Ms. Glessner and I teach Health, Physical Education, and Fitness Exploration!
I graduated from Somerset Area High School in 2007 and received my Bachelor's degree from Austin Peay State University.
I enjoy being active with my son. Hiking, hunting, snowboarding, and yoga are a few of my favorite activities.
My goal is to teach students how to lead a healthy, balanced life and develop all areas of their health including physical, mental/emotional, and social health.
