Welcome to Mrs. Mumau's Class!
Hello, my name is Kristen Mumau, and I teach 6th grade ELA and Social Studies. I have been teaching at Rockwood Elementary for the past ten years but have been an educator for over 20 years. Prior to teaching at Rockwood, I taught in the Philadelphia School District, Slippery Rock Area School District, at Mercyhurst North East, and at ACM and Penn Highlands Community colleges. I am very excited about starting a new school year and meeting this year's 6th graders!
I believe every chance to read or write is an opportunity to excel.
